Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) provide quality health care and security for someone who does not yet require round the clock skilled nursing care. Assisted Living services include personal care assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, as well as medication management, personal laundry service and other care needs.
At Adiuvo, we take it a step farther and provide the following services at each of our residences:
What We Offer
Home: At Adiuvo, all of our ALFs are single-family homes with a very small number of residents. We are not “institutions”. We provide care for our valued residents in the comfort of a home environment.
Meals: Our caretakers prepare fresh home-cooked meals that are certified by a nutritionist and cater to our residents’ personal tastes.
Assistance: We provide assistance with the activities of daily living to help our residents maintain as much independence as possible.
Medical Services Coordination: Adiuvo works with family members and a variety of licensed medical industry professionals to provide the best quality medical attention for our valued residents. As every resident and their needs are different, each resident has a customized care portfolio to ensure the care that they deserve.
Activities: At Adiuvo, we believe that maintaining active is one of the most important keys to improving and maintaining the quality of life of our residents. We focus on all aspects of the health and well-being of our residents: social, mental, spiritual, and physical. We also enjoy having celebrations to bring together friends and family and also bring joy to our residents and our home.
Around-the-Clock Care: Most importantly, we provide the love, compassion, respect and patience that we would show our own loved ones and make sure that they receive it 24 hours a day, 7 days a weeks, 365 days a year.
Full-time Resident |
Most of our residents are full-time residents. In other words, our house becomes their new home. Just like in any other home, they enjoy the privileges of a home environment: home cooked-meals, their own personal belongings, independence and privacy. Visitors are always welcome.

| Daycare/Short Stay |
We also offer daycare services. For family members that are still the primary caretakers for their loved ones, we provide daycare services in the event the family members have an event to attend, wish to go away on vacation, or simply would like a weekend alone. Short-term stay is also a good option to help care for a loved one who has recently been released from a hospital and requires a few days of 24-hour care to recover some strength |
| Special Programs |
Adiuvo works with family members and medical professionals to develop Plans of Care which take into account the need for physical therapy, dietary needs, as well as mental and occupational therapy that are designed specifically for each resident.
Diabetes Residents: Adiuvo has extensive experience in dealing with diabetic residents. We work with nutritionists to develop a proper diet and work with other medical professionals to ensure stable insulin levels and proper treatment. Adiuvo’s commitment to diabetes care goes beyond the personalized care we offer. Adiuvo has established the Antonio Mena Diabetes Fund (AMDF) and is committed to raising $1,000,000 for research to find a cure.
Alzheimer’s Residents: Adiuvo has a limited mental health license and our caretakers are licensed mental health caretakers trained to work with residents with Alzheimer’s and other mental disorders common in the elderly.
Hospice: Adiuvo works with various hospice agencies to provide a comfortable home environment and special care for those residents most dependant on our care. At Adiuvo, we believe very strongly in providing for not only the most quantity of life, but also the best quality.
Nursing Services: Adiuvo has a Limited Nursing License that allows us to provide some basic nursing services not permitted at other ALFs.
